This dress... is terrible. It's a Christmas sweater.It's the thing someone knitted for you that you don't have the heart to tell them is terrible, so you wear it to the family dinner and take a photo and then put it away and let it molder on your closet shelf.

The ONE thing that helps it is how leggy she is in it. If this were longer it'd REALLY be Frump Boulevard, a.k.a. the main thoroughfare in Cosby City.

This just looks like she tried to rip off the top layer in the women's room -- like a scene in a rom com where the heroine gets a terrible dress and she uses her ingenuity and some casual ripping to make a winner out of a turkey. Oh my God, she's that scene in "What A Girl Wants." And if you haven't seen it, well, you need to reacquaint yourself with Amanda Bynes' Greatest Hits.

No. I mean, she's not naked? But no. And enough with the topknot. Wow, I am curt today. But better that than the hacky joke: "TIFF? That COAT is having a tiff WITH HER WAIST."

This is nice enough. She looks a LITTLE bit like she's wearing someone else's dress, as if her original one got lost in transit and she made a late substitution. But it's not bad on her and I love when she tosses us some sophistication.

And of course then there's Dermot, looking like a cad. I do love the idea of he and Julia Roberts being reunited. I hope it felt so good.
