Honey, you're not 60. The styling here is so ancient, it knew Henry VIII.
I really thought, for a second, that Emma Thompson was shooting a Hillary Clinton movie. Having said that, I actually think her outfit is totally sassy. I just didn't recognize her with the coif.
She looks enough like Dakota Johnson, in passing anyway, that I suspect she may get a lot of inquiries about what it's like shooting all those "50 Shades of Grey" bonding scenes. I actually sort of like this outfit. I'm coming to terms with the fact that crop tops will be deployed, so as those things go, the proportions of it all work interestingly together and I dig the cutouts and the lime-y green.
That looks like an ink blot.
If she's not going to wear color, at LEAST she went with a pattern. The detail on the blouse might be too much with the shorts fabric, though? And obviously I'd have preferred that as a skirt, because you know how I am about formal shorts. I just can't. And while I like what she was going for, the top is too Square Dancing Convention for me.
So they're REALLY going to reunite Bill S. Preston, Esq., with Ted Theodore Logan? Do we think Keanu has the energy anymore for Wyld Stallyns? Are strange things afoot at HIS Circle K?
Princess Buttercup is working that.
I mean. I guess eggplant is CLOSE to a Gryffindor red...
I wish Draco Malfoy had shown up in a green and silver suit. Just because.
I am seeing way too much of her support garment here.
That's really good, except for the dopey, ropey braid that's coming undone. What's up with wanting to make it look like you spent two seconds on your hair?
JETTISON THE TOPKNOT. It doesn't look as good as you think it does. And I'm worried the dress doesn't, either. I LOVE it, conceptually, but it's kind of... embiggening, to borrow from Jebediah Springfield.
I believe she also wore the same shoes to all three events, which is some efficient packing right there.
The skirt makes her look a little short, but this is still cool and sophisticated. I always really LIKE Maria Bello. I'm glad to see her doing things, and to know that the Prime Suspect hat didn't ruin her life.
This dress reminds me of a piano.
Mrs. Rocknroll popped by looking deliciously pregnant. It really suits her.
This is Marchesa, and I like it a LOT better than most Marchesas. But I still think it could use judicious editing. Perhaps starting with the lace on her torso -- there's so much happening elsewhere, does she really need a mourning doily on her chest on top of it?
She is very pretty, and I wish the pants were leather. Maybe. This is why I'm not a stylist.
So molecular. I like it.
That dress is achingly beautiful to me, and caught in a no-man's-land of length.
Bedspread origami. (But you guys, I don't hate it.)
