Time's twelve Women of the Year for 2023 are, and I'm quoting the press release here: actor and UNHCR ambassador [Cate Blanchett](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259177/cate-blanchett/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), actor [Angela Bassett](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259168/angela-bassett/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), musical artist [Phoebe Bridgers](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259159/phoebe-bridgers-interview/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), writer, producer, and actor [Quinta Brunson](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259193/quinta-brunson-interview/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), soccer player and champion of equal pay [Megan Rapinoe](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259147/megan-rapinoe-equal-pay-world-cup/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), professional boxer and refugee advocate [Ramla Ali](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6257836/ramla-ali/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), environmental and human rights defender [Ayisha Siddiqa](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259119/ayisha-siddiqa/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), Iranian dissident and journalist [Masih Alinejad](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259111/masih-alinejad/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), activist and leader of war efforts for women and LGBTQI communities in Ukraine [Olena Shevchenko](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6257849/olena-shevchenko/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), incoming CEO of Suntory Beverages [Makiko Ono](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6257842/makiko-ono/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), reproductive rights activist [Verónica Cruz Sánchez](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6259106/veronica-cruz-sanchez/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and Brazil's Minister of Racial Equality [Anielle Franco](https://time.com/collection/women-of-the-year/6257846/anielle-franco/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). All those links go to the Time pieces about them, though FYI, it seems you need a free account to read them. (I promise I am not shilling for Time. I started pasting in the links before I realized that.) I also have some intel and Wikipedia links on the slides themselves.

From what I can tell, Makiko Ono and Anielle Franco weren't able to come. But everyone else represented the winners with aplomb, and with FASHION, which is obviously not what's important in the scheme of things but we are here so we might as well enjoy it.
