(Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) I think I'd like A'ja's dress better if it were flowy from the waist down? Jordan's is SO leotard-adjacent. More sheer, obviously, but something about it is kin to what she wears for work. I'd love someone to dial up something really elegant for her next time. ## Honoree Nicole Kidman in custom Chloe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2201395085-1740545826.jpg) Nicole Kidman at the TIME 2025 Women of the Year Gala held at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) I find this... almost unbearable on her. It's the tweeness of the dress coupled with the hair hanging over the sides of her face... the whole package feels like she took her inspiration from someone's debutante video. ## Honoree Anna Sawai ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202007142-1740542778.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Anna Sawai attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Her styling team must have poured all its energies into that SAGs Armani. This is resoundingly fine but also deeply unimaginative. ## Honoree Laufey ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010401-1740542647.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Laufey attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) At least this is an INTERESTING use of coffee filters?!? ## Honoree Olivia Munn in Gaurav Gupta ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202011336-1740542565.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Olivia Munn attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for TIME) This might be the best thing Olivia has ever worn. And I guessed the designer correctly! It came down the runway [as a wedding gown](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/gaurav-gupta-ss-2024-couture/gaurav-gupta-hc-s24-031-1706220500?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), but those sculptural swoops are unmistakable. Anyway, it's a phenomenal gown. ## Storm Reid ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202009605-1740542719.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Storm Reid attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) She remains, as the old ladies (me) say, darling. ## Kat Graham in Georges Chakra ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202008980-1740542708.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Kat Graham attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) This looks a bit like she's wriggling out of it as she moves, but it's super striking. ## Daphnee Duplaix ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202003811-1740542814.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Daphnée Duplaix attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Daphnee is in the new CBS soap, Beyond the Gates, which I'm planning to write about next week in Drinks With Broads. She looks super -- that hue is fab. ## Madeline Brewer in Paris Georgia ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010186-1740542696.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Madeline Brewer attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) I would love to have seen this as all one garment. The seam across her hips is distracting. ## Lucy Hale ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202008963-1740542731.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Lucy Hale attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Typically I look for a necklace, but her lipstick and the great earrings and ring all add up to the right glam for this. ## Dylan Mulvaney ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010258-1740542684.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Dylan Mulvaney attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Whereas here, I AM still looking for a necklace. I'm not sure this is quite her best color combo, either. ## Jane Seymour ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010237-1740542672.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Jane Seymour attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Kicky, but I think she could pull her hair back now and then. ## Anna Cathcart ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010648-1740542635.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Anna Cathcart attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) This is a fun change-up for her! ## Honoree Claire Babineaux-Fontenot and Karen Pittman (in St. John) ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202006842-1740542790.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: (L-R) Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, CEO, Feeding America and Karen Pittman attend the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Claire, an honoree, is the CEO of Feeding America. Her outfit is PERFECT. I am less enamored of Karen's, which is actually separates -- it's a cropped sweater and skirt, and swallows her up. ## Amanda Nguyen ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010568-1740542621.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Amanda Nguyen attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) This is a pretty hue on her, but the rest of the styling (or lack thereof) makes it seem almost... casual? ## Nazanin Boniadi ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202008129-1740542754.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Nazanin Boniadi attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) Opacity would help this remind me LESS of an old timey bathing costume. ## Honoree Raquel Willis ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202010278-1740542660.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Raquel Willis attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) [Raquel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raquel%5FWillis?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) is a writer and transgender rights activist. She also has a memoir, [The Risk It Takes to Bloom](https://amzn.to/4hTds4C?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). ## Honoree Amanda Zurawski ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202011231-1740542589.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Amanda Zurawski attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) [Amanda's heartbreaking story](https://time.com/7216391/amanda-zurawski-texas-reproductive-rights/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) led to her becoming the lead plaintiff in the attempt to fight Texas's abortion ban. I want to HUG HER for so many reasons, including the sexy dark pedicure. ## Honoree Laura Modi ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202007548-1740542742.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Laura Modi attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for TIME) [Fatou has devoted her life](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatou%5FBaldeh?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) to ending female genital mutilation, of which she is a survivor. I love those colors, and would be curious to know more about the design of the dress -- hopefully we'll get that intel. ## Honoree Purnima Devi Barman ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202005025-1740542802.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Purnima Devi Barman attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) [Purnima is a conservationist](https://time.com/7216405/purnima-devi-barman-hargila-storks/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) saving the greater adjutant stork from extinction. She looks phenomenal. What stunning material. ## Leah Kateb ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/02/GettyImages-2202011220-1740542577.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 25: Leah Kateb attends the TIME Women of the Year Gala at The West Hollywood EDITION on February 25, 2025 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) And Leah was on Love Island USA. I cannot tell you how much it delights me that someone from that show is at Time's Women of the Year in ANY capacity (she is a guest, not an honoree). YOU DID IT, LOVE ISLAND. (As best I can tell, she and the two other most popular women are also still in their couples, with men who think they are the tops.)
