This is really understated, and nice on her. The cut flows so nicely on her, the neutral makeup still keeps her from being washed out. And the cream verses a harsher white is key to that.

The back has an interseting little drape, too. Like... loose suspenders. But not as dumb as that sounds. She also really reminds me of Busy Philipps in this photo; does her Girls5Eva character need a long-lost sister?

This has a beautiful vintage bridal feel. I could see Emily Webb wearing that to get married in a revival of Our Town.

This actually would also make a good wedding dress for a low-key ceremony.

This leaves me cold, but I LOVED how tightly she hugged Maleah Joi Moon when Maleah won; she seemed so flustered and Shoshana came in like her rock in that moment.

Genevieve Angelson and David Korins (nominee, scenic design, "Here Lies Love")

Genevieve is an actress in her own right, but is there for her partner. Her dress needs a hoik and it MIGHT be because she stapled air filters to the hem and they're weighing it down?

Quincy Tyler Bernstine (nominee, Doubt)

This is great. And all hail her arms.

I am not entirely convinced he didn't fashion that ascot himself out of Kleenex in the limo. I also think whoever made his partner's dress ought to have hemmed it properly. Cut those strings, y'all! Unfinished just looks unfinished.

First, she is great in The Diplomat; I love this coupling. Second, I adore Chidi and think he looks smashing. (If I had to guess, I'd say Thom Browne dressed them both? The stripe on his sweater vest seems like a sign for him, anyway.) It's a happy ending.
