This skirt is objectively moving in the right direction, but it's sitting too low on her. And...what...is happening with the rest of it? The way the shirt is tucked in looks weird. The proportions are weird. This pairing is weird. This entire look is just a confusing mess. This cannot be what they envisioned when they began the creative process.

She is a costumer and this is appropriately dramatic. She looks like a beautiful sea creature and it was also fun to see the top of this dress in the corners of the show's telecast.
