This is PERFECT for the event. It's lightweight (very hot in England right now) and lively and ties into the color story of the logo a little, and the stars make me think of Jessie. The length might be a LITTLE awkward to me? Like, it'd be cuter if it hit at mid-shin. I also really hope those bangs aren't permanent.
