So, this suit. Okay. I support the idea. I support the color scheme. I cannot get behind the cut of the pants. They look like she has a wedgie -- and I don't mean a crotch wedgie; I mean an actual rump-buncher. Those pants have a weird case of ass-crotch. Maybe it's just this angle, but... from ANY angle that should not be okay.

She opened the show with a dance number, while wearing a grill that said TER on it, and she commented several times that it is VERY difficult to operate a mouth with one of those in there. She also, before this began, made some comment about hoping we could all come at this with love and good spirits, presumably because she was super nervous about the dancing. It was very endearing.

I wish we had a whole shot of this, because I LOVE IT. We've seen her wear that color of hot pink a lot, in garment form, and I enjoy that she reps it on her face when it's not on her body. It must really be her favorite.

This is bonkers, and I almost love it. I wish it were slim-cut pants, so that the jacket -- or the piece that's cut to look like a jacket -- stood alone a bit and didn't fight with the skirt ruffle.

Well, let's be real, that skirt is abominable. But the message? A+. I saw something the other day about how the college kids we assume are all fired up to participate in the process are actually not all that engaged, in many cases. Whatever your preference, voting is not a right to be taken for granted, kids. Take ownership of your country. It won't always go your way, but you'll be glad you did.
