# Treat Yourself to Amanda Seyfried and Lily James

As of this writing, I don't have credits for either of these -- I will update if I get them -- but I was just discussing anew with someone how much pure delicious fizz *Mamma Mia 2* provided, so it was nice to log in on a Sunday evening and find these two serving up some patterns. If I can't have an entire movie about Young Christine Baranski, then I'll take this. I wish I were wearing Amanda's entire outfit right now. All she missed was a rouged lip to pick up the dress's colors; the red shoes are perfect, a great color, and don't look prohibitively or injuriously high.

She, too, looks delightful. Her hair in that movie is what I imagine mine to be doing at all times, which is crushing whenever I actually do walk past a mirror (obviously that means I just avoid them). And she's also in [*The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society*](https://amzn.to/2KMLp6y?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) adaptation, just out on Netflix, alongside other Downtonites (Isobel Crawley, Lady Sybil, Matthew "Whatever His Name Was On That Show" Goode). So if you're curled up one evening with a glass of wine and a crossword or a needlepoint or whatever you do to relax in front of your stories, cue up that one. Lily James is infectiously charming (in general, also), Michiel Huisman is strapping and kind of struggles to hide traces of his natural accent but smolders through it nonetheless, and Matthew Goode wears glasses and is hotly sensible. Oh, and Glen Powell is there. Be prepared. And yes, I'm absolutely hoping to document that for GFY in due course.
