I would bet money this is Alexander McQueen -- from the way it looks, and from Cate's love of McQueen -- and honestly, the workmanship on it is beautiful. This garment is amazing and I bet it's stunning in person. But we need to acknowledge that "Cate Blanchett" + "lace" + "crop top" is FOR SURE the result of some kind of Mad Libs-focused bet.
