# NOW Vanity Fair Is Throwing a "Vanity Fair Future of Hollywood" Party

Please explain the difference between the "Future of Hollywood" and "[a night for Young Hollywood](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/vanity-fair-hosts-vanities-party-a-night-for-young-hollywood-03-2022/)," which was held Wednesday. If you were invited to Young Hollywood, is VF low-key implying that should enjoy this moment while it lasts because you are *not* part of the future? That's petty and I appreciate it. All jokes aside, I actually think Vanity Fair is just getting themselves warmed up for their big post-Oscars party. These smaller ones are like...spring training. Anyway, this whole situation is fun. Kate Beckinsale looks like a sea creature! Someone wore bike shorts! A LOT of folks are just floating heads, thanks to the black step-and-repeat! It's a party!
