(Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Lauren looks fabulous in red. And Melissa looks fabulous in what I refer to as Witch Luxury. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296833730-1790219874.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: (L-R) Lauren Graham and Melissa McCarthy attend Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Yes, you can see Melissa's cape/sleeve better here, but mostly this photo brought me joy. ## Karen Pittman in Meraki ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296832144-1790219849.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Karen Pittman attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Outstanding. You could slice cheese on those shoulder pads. ## Sharon Stone ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296824677-1790219726.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Sharon Stone attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) This is the polar opposite in terms of precision. ## Jenna Dewan ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296209224-1790219689.jpg) US actress Jenna Dewan attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on September 23, 2026\. (Photo by Stewart Cook / AFP via Getty Images) This is also a little... dumpy, for lack of a better word? It's the color of wet cement and I think the shape of the top demands a fitted black pant. ## Normani in DSquared2 ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296833966-1790219896.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Normani attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Is "askew" hot for fall? ## Issa Rae in Casablanca ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296211821-1790219716.jpg) US actress Issa Rae attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on September 23, 2026\. (Photo by Stewart Cook / AFP via Getty Images) This is so similar -- it's like the version that was sewn correctly. ## Paula Patton ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296211596-1790219704.jpg) US actress Paula Patton attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on September 23, 2026\. (Photo by Stewart Cook / AFP via Getty Images) I thought she was Nicole Ari Parker for a second. The glasses really feel like a disguise. ## Iliza Shlesinger ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296825854-1790219738.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Iliza Shlesinger attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) This dress is a sad sack. ## Jennifer Hudson in 2015 Vivienne Westwood ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296826587-1790219759.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Jennifer Hudson attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Interestingly, [they seem to have built a bra into this](https://www.instagram.com/p/Ddp3Ix0xikl/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). I think it needed something, but if you're already doing that much, why not redo the top so that it supports her but still drapes in the right spot? ## Britt Stewart ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296828042-1790219790.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Britt Stewart attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Britt! I enjoy her on DWTS. This bra is obviously part of the actual design concept, but I think it didn't need t be made to look like it's falling off. ## Judy Reyes in Victoria Beckham ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296826759-1790219777.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Judy Reyes attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) This is very adeptly accessorized. ## Eboni Nichols and Queen Latifah ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296831300-1790219804.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: (L-R) Eboni Nichols and Queen Latifah attend Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) I am not a fan of the "two long pieces of hair trying to pass as tendrils" look. But otherwise, the Queen is glowing as usual. ## Bryce Dallas Howard in Isabel Marant ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296831942-1790219815.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Bryce Dallas Howard attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Thank you for the silver shoes, Bryce. You get it. YOU SEE ME. (And not just reflected in your foot-mirrors.) ## Tisha Campbell ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296834083-1790219918.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Tisha Campbell attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Oooh. At the very least, I'd have abandoned the cami and just stuck with the white tee. ## Tina Davis ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2296833612-1790219862.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 23: Tina Davis attends Variety's 2026 Power of Women at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 23, 2026 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) I believe she is an exec, and we don't always feature them, but I love her pattern and gold clutch so much.
