(Photo by Vivien Killilea/Variety via Getty Images) This is a bummer. The black and blue are blah together, and the top looks lazy. ## Jesse Tyler Ferguson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180874212-1729827583.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 24: Jesse Tyler Ferguson attends Variety's 2024 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Event Presented By Lifetime at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by JC Olivera/Getty Images) You know, sometimes we overlook him a little, but he's frequently VERY well-dressed. ## Leslie Jones ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180883350-1729827683.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 24: Leslie Jones attends Variety's 2024 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Event Presented By Lifetime at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by JC Olivera/Getty Images) While her hair is very pale blond, I think perhaps that yellow is not quite her color. If she went back to brown hair, it would help. ## Chandler Kinney ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180004589-1729827555.jpg) Chandler Kinney at Variety Power of Women Los Angeles at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Michael Buckner/Variety via Getty Images) We didn't have any full views of this. It's like the photographers were like, "You know what? You've seen enough." ## Elizabeth Banks ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180881222-1729827655.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 24: Elizabeth Banks attends Variety's 2024 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Event Presented By Lifetime at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by JC Olivera/Getty Images) This dress is... not much of anything, but she's pregnant, so options may have been limited. I like her cute red purse. She clearly took the note from *Succession* not to carry one that is ludicrously capacious. ## Jessica Gunning ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180876877-1729827610.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 24: Jessica Gunning attends Variety's 2024 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Event Presented By Lifetime at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by JC Olivera/Getty Images) It is functional, and it is on her body. Those are low bars to clear, but not everyone does, so she's got that going for her. ## Judy Reyes ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2180881144-1729827646.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 24: Judy Reyes attends Variety's 2024 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Event Presented By Lifetime at Mother Wolf on October 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Vivien Killilea/Variety via Getty Images) I love this pairing. I wish for more color, but I'm just happy to see two of my favorites.
