Ciara is on Summer House on Bravo and I like her so much and think she is beautiful AND she has made some INSANE man-related choices over the years. This outfit is totally bonkers -- her bra top looks like those plastic eye guards they give you when you're getting into a tanning booth -- but her head IS gorgeous.
