There are a lot of great sparkles and shiny things in this post -- Taylor Swift looks super -- but I had to lead off with Viola, who was snubbed by the Oscars only to rise like a phoenix and snag a Grammy for her audiobook reading of her memoir, *Finding Me*. (Her Oscar and one of two Tonys were for *Fences*, and her Emmy, for *How To Get Away With Murder*.) GET IT, VIOLA. And I believe she got to present the Grammy to Beyoncé for "Cuff It" that Beyoncé missed because she was in traffic, meaning she *actually* handed it to the legendary Nile Rodgers. She might win another Emmy someday for playing herself in the HBO Max series about this traffic jam.
