It ALSO looks eerily like the kind of haircut Tyra would give someone on *ANTM* \-- in fact, Catie from Season 2 ended up getting something similar. It has potential on Miley, but... it's not working yet, kiddo, and your dress isn't helping. The sleeve looks like it just seceded.

I have DEEP CONCERNS about the back side of this mother. We are basically getting... if not a full moon, then at least one that's waxing gibbous. Which also sounds exactly like what she had to do in order to wear this outfit. I weep.
