# VMAs Well Played: Heidi Klum

This is surprisingly reasonable and that makes me nervous, like a moment when you realize that you haven't seen a bird in thirty-six hours, or you come home to find hundreds of dead bees on your lawn:

It's lovely, and she looks great in it, but it has me wary of what lies in wait for us at the Emmys. I suspect this bright moment foretells nothing good, my friends. Indeed, I fear that this calm moment -- this trough of the wave of crazy that is Heidi Klum's awards show wardrobe -- is about to come crashing down around us all, and the results shall be *sartorial terror.*
