This outfit is so neat. I really like that little strip of fabric, almost like stained glass, and kind of wish it had more to do? Then again, it's basically framed by a ruffle, so at least your eye goes straight to it.

Truly gorgeous. Sometimes Westwood gets a little intentionally messy in a way that I realize is her signature, but doesn't always land for me. The precision here is really breathtaking.

This is also fabulous. This is their best-dressed premiere yet. I wish Angela Bassett had been able to make it.

Fierce. And he does also look like he's headed to a martial arts class.

Ryan Coogler apparently found out he has some Yoruba heritage, which he had discussed with Chadwick Boseman, so he said it was a big deal to him to be in Nigeria with this. Tenoch is evidently the villain in the movie?!? Somehow I hadn't seen or heard about him AT ALL -- these premieres can be so big -- but he was pointed out to us on Facebook, and then IMMEDIATELY after that on Twitter, I saw a bunch of tweets from people who were like, "YOU ARE ALL GOING TO LOVE HIM." I went back and looked, and this is the best of his outfits by far, so we got in at a good time. The SHOES.

The ladies all look very stylish here. Tenoch does, too. Winston's set looks... breathable? Actually he looks super comfy, even if the shorts are making me laugh a little. And Ryan Coogler is like, "I did not want to pack more than one fancy outfit. It's fine."
