If Roxane looks or sounds familiar to you, it is PROBABLY -- to Americans, anyway -- because she had a short arc on *Gossip Girl* as the sister of some dude Blair was going to marry. (The more I look back at teen TV, the more I think all of them should do the *One Tree Hill* time jump after high-school, and hurdle college and even some post-college years altogether.) She's overseas at the something-something film festival, and bless her, she brought some weird outfits.
