Are we sure she isn't in the Buffy remake, because this outfit came directly from a Hellmouth. Each pant leg is as wide as the bodice itself, which also doesn't totally fit and seems to sit low, and the girl needs better accessories than just those earrings and platform hooves.

Compare how catastrophic that was, to how much better this is. Yes, the bows are twee, but the boots are perfect with it. And it FITS, and is generally more composed.
