Wearing White at the 2023 VMAs

This is ever-so-slightly Royal Ascot in My Fair Lady, and honestly, that is a vibe Lil Nas X needs to lean FURTHER into. He's born for that look! (I don't know what the deal is with the Bible but people have been bringing religious iconography to the VMAs since the dawn of time.)

Dixie D'Amelio in Maticevski

I'm D'Amelio agnostic but I cannot deny that she looks STUNNING in this. And perhaps should have saved it for a more high-profile event.

Sabrina Carpenter

Meanwhile, Sabrina is bringing Shipwrecked Bride to the party. Not totally in a bad way.

Colton Haynes

This is a Whole Lot of Look, and I also wish HE'D saved it for something more high-profile. (Not that the VMAs are LOW profile. But they're lower profile than they used to be.)

Fat Joe

Honestly, this is dashing.

Billy Porter

This man owes a FANTASTIC beach house where he spends all summer and yes it does have solely shell-focused art, including a giant glass jar of them in the guest bath. Live, laugh, -- and I can't stress this last one enough -- love.
