Clearly Gaga will fit in just fine in this universe. I don't know if she's in costume as her character here, or if she just decided this is what the people want. She's not WRONG. I DO like it when she shows up places dressed as if she's adapting Plants vs Zombies into a movie.

The holes look a bit like rot, or perhaps the work of a toothy creature, which is very likely exactly what they wanted. I'm sure Zac Posen got a very specific brief for this event, and this dress definitely fills it.
