Chloe Grace Moretz wore this line recently, so of course I've decided she's going to do it again. We also saw it on Maya Rudolph at the Emmys, and Amandla Stenberg at TIFF, as well as Gemma Chan on the Crazy Rich Asians circuit. So, plenty of reasons to take a whirl through here and predict what we might see. A LOT of this is... turned up to 11, shall we say. Maybe even to 15.
