Amy Adams in in Tom Ford's new film, Nocturnal Animals, which is why she's wearing head-to-toe Tom Ford to the events celebrating its premiere at the Venice Film Festival. I'm excited about this for several reasons: (a) when Tom Ford is good, Tom Ford is really good and I feel like he looked at Amy Adams and decided to inject a little of her American Hustle sex appeal into this particular junket. Which is a choice I support, and which paid off fantastically here. She looks amazing. (B) I loved A Single Man, and thought to myself, "at the very least, this new movie is going to look amazing." But, fun fact, it's also getting great reviews, which is good news for everyone. Not least ME, because Amy Adams back on the awards circuit makes me happy, and I am very, very, very selfish.
