I sincerely covet this cape. It is like a formal version of what I imagine [the WAVES wearing as they ran about helping the war effort](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WAVES?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- and having adventures and romances, obviously, before eventually destroying the Nazis.

Might need lipstick? Might wish the skirt were navy (although I don't mind blue and blue together, really). Might really miss the cape.
