Blake Lively

She looks gloriously tall and teeny in this. See, Boobs? You can look legsly, too, without always SHOWING us all of them.

Blake Lively

This is classy on her, too. For somebody who is so forgettable on her claim-to-fame show, Blake Lively has done a peerless job turning herself into the type of actress who can command the fashion advertising contracts and a decent wardrobe -- when she's thinking sanely.

This is totally her signature pose, also, by the way: head cocked to her left, legs usually straight, back squared as much as she can, right arm usually straight down and the other often on her hip. It's like somebody told her that she can only find her light on the left.

I'm surprised I like this -- often I worry that dresses like this are secretly choking people. That would make a great horror film. And by great, I mean terribly bad-good. You could call it Chokehold. You're welcome, Hollywood. I'll expect the check - just write "Heather" on the envelope and I'm sure it will get to me.

Blake Lively

I am less enamored of this. It's not BAD, strictly speaking, but neither is it as flattering as it should be. It's bunchy. And that word only really works if you stick an R in there at a crucial point.

Blake Lively

This is just to complete the theory on the posing. She flipped the arms on me, but the head tilt is still there. Points for consistency!

Well Played, Blake Lively, And Then Maybe Slightly Less So
I -- along with some of our Twitter followers -- was wondering the other day if it irritates Blake Lively that of all the faces on the Savages poster, hers is the one completely obscured by a crazy mask. Although, Taylor Kitsch is virtually unrecognizable on it also, which seems like a bad move, unless they're worried people will have flashbacks to John Carter and run in the other direction. But, it's insane to flee Tim Riggins. He's an athlete. He'll catch you. Unless that's the point. Anyway, let's take a look at how Blake seems to me making up for being beside the point on the poster. Pretty well, I'd say. [Photos: WENN, Pacific Coast News]
