First of all, I cherish any moment that lets me use the "stuck in a tree" tag. This is what I want to find waiting for me in my landscaping when i get home from Fashion Week.

This is GLORIOUS. She looks like a Klimt

## Cate Blanchett

At some point, she clearly decided to remove her shoes...

Let me just say that if I tried to pull this off, I'd fall over and take the entire stage with me.

## Cate Blanchett

Those feet behind her belong to Helena Bonham Carter -- this *Cinderella* has a VERY good cast -- and you know she's thinking, "well, damn. I was going to do that and now I just look like I'm copying."

Cate also wisely sported a coat on the red carpet, AND she was a very helpful lady in waiting to Lily James.

Who may be Cinderella in this movie, but who is currently Rose to me. I appreciate that she wore a princess dress AND the best approximation of glass slippers that aren't actually plastic stripper shoes. (Jimmy Choo actually made them specifically for the premiere. I hope she gets to keep them, and occasionally just leaves one on the steps to her front door.)

## Lily James

Very pretty. PS: Someone cast her and Keira Knightley as sisters in something, tout de suite.

[Well Played, Cate Blanchett and Lily James at the Cinderella PremiereCate Blanchett is a divine creature and this dress -- Givenchy -- is SPECTACULAR. One of the best of the year, I'll wager. \[Photos: Getty\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/463364574.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/well-played-cate-blanchett-and-lily-james-at-the-cinderella-premiere-02-2015/)
