For me, this dress is a complete win.

It's so cool, and it looks tremendous on her.

She must be pretty stoked that Mad Men changed her life -- and her wardrobe -- because I am pretty sure that when she played Pretty Girl In The Last Ten Minutes Of *Love, Actually*, nobody was throwing McQueen dresses at her.

Unfortunately, she is not making the most of it here. What is going on with January's head? I know it's February and all, but stay sharp, kid. And this is not sharp.

I just feel like everything from the neck up belongs with another outfit -- none of it complements the awesome dress, and in fact, I think all the hot colors on her face compete with it. Kid, don't jockey for attention with a McQueen. You will lose.
