There was no shot of Kate smashing a bottle of champs all over the prow of this boat, so I think they just had her cut a ribbon that released the bottle/confetti or something -- which, honestly, yes. You have the most famous pregnant woman in the world (sorry, Kim) christening your boat, and you do NOT want an errant champagne cork thwacking her in the cheekbone. But perhaps I just didn't see said pic. The ship is named the Royal Princess, but not after her (obviously) -- it was originally christened by Princess Diana.
There have been a lot of Cruella de Vil jokes about this dress, but I actually love it. Also, Cruella mostly wore a white fur coat; I'm just saying.
Pastels ahoy!
I loved this. Why can't I wear yellow without looking like I have malaria?

Peach!

Obviously, this is a horrible thing that happened and we all hated it so much and it was so unpopular and it wasn't at all delightful.
This one leaves me coldest, but obviously it's not like she's wearing a latex jumpsuit with the ass cut out or something.
I actually want this flowery Erdem for ME and my non-pregnant self.
Some of you thought this was too granny. My dirty not-secret secret is that I love to dress like a granny from time to time. It was cuter when I was younger. Because a young person dressing like a granny is charming and a sort of slightly older person dressing like a granny sometimes just looks old.
BRRRRRRR. Is the subtext here.
I want to wear this coat/dress/coatdress for the rest of my natural born days.
I'm sure we'll see this coat again.
This is adorable. Enjoy the shorter skirts while they let you, Kate.
I continue to be delighted by the fuzzy delighted dudes in the background.

ROMANCING THE PIRATES: A LOVE STORY.
The wrap-dress, beloved of What Not to Wear watchers all over the world.

I will never not love this photo.
Now that we know she was pregnant here, she DOES look sort of nauseated.
I didn't like these bangs, and neither did she, given that she began brushing them back, like, IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER! They were appropriately distracting from what was NOT yet visible. MAZEL TOV, you two crazy kids. Here's hoping for an easy delivery and a healthy baby.
