I am going out of chronological order again, simply because this picture was too good not to kick off with (we'll get to more of this bit later, trust). Also, I desperately need someone to explain to me in great detail how it is possible that she never, ever looks sweaty. I'm serious. Does she just coat her entire body with aerosol antiperspirant? Because otherwise I fear it's magic.
And now, back to the start: This is a lot of monochrome, which is uncharacteristic for these two. And I have never said this before, but I think Kate....needs a bracelet.
Fabulous earrings, though. What Kate Wore thinks they're by Catherine Zoraida and I enjoy them deeply.
Heather pointed out that the look on William's face is exactly the same expression that George would have gotten on his face had he been present, namely: I WANT THAT SPEAR. PLEASE HAND ME THAT SPEAR. I WANT TO SEE THE SPEAR PLEASE.
I would also like to point out that the people they're visiting here AGREED about her need for a bracelet and they GAVE HER ONE. WELL PLAYED.
THANK YOU.
A spear IS a delightful gift. (Per The Express, it was suggested that William torture Harry with it, and I think we can all agree that he should definitely come home and threaten grievous stabbery the next time Harry misbehaves.)
Seriously, though. This bracelet is good.
Only someone with a geography degree can look THIS delighted by a map.
I guess this is fine if you're into the whole majestic power of nature and the tremendous beauty of the world sort of thing.
Additionally, the body language on these two during this walk is cracking me up. I have never seen two people retrain themselves from hand-holding more powerfully (we've obviously seen them hold hands at Christmas,, but they're very very often holding hands when the paparazzi get them off duty). JUST HOLD HANDS YOU TWO MY GOD. If you can't hold hands at a UNESCO World Heritage Site WHERE CAN YOU?
"MUST. NOT. HOLD. HANDS. THIS. IS. AGONY."
You'll note that she's now wearing a necklace she was given, in place of the bracelet. Well, and, obviously, her Hobbs dress. I admit that I am unclear as to why she changed at all -- I really thought today was going to be a one-outfit outing -- but I prefer this dress, so I'll take it.
Scoot some stuff around on top of the piano to make room for this one, please. THANK YOU.
