This is very simple, very striking and very sexy. Christian worked with her on this, and Leslie does not seem like someone who would go in for a lot of frills and fuss, so this makes a lot of sense to me. She clearly feels like a goddess, and she looks the part.

Leggy and rad. Did the shoes NEED to be beige? No, but they're at least studded with detail. I think a different hue would have been more FUN, but at least they're not the LK Bennett closed-toe putty pumps of DuchCam's dreams and my sartorial nightmares. (I also just realized that technically DuchCam could also refer to Camilla. Fortunately in this context you at least know who I mean.)

And remind me again why Christian Siriano, despite having proven this on the red carpet time and time again, STILL seems to be the only designer who believes fashion has nothing to fear from women who present non-sample-size bodies?
