This is evocative of [Brie Larson's Calvin Klein from the Globes](https://www.gofugyourself.com/golden-globes-mostly-well-played-brie-larson-in-calvin-klein-01-2016/gettyimages-504401938?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).

But this seems to fit better -- Brie's gave off the impression that the dress was somehow dragging her posture down, whereas Tamron is fully striking a pose. The almost ribbed look of Brie's is a bit cooler to me, and Tamron's neckline might be a tiny bit off-center in a way that comes across accidental, but on the whole I'm giving it to La Hall. NBC needs to give her and Willie Geist something better to do than that horrible 9 a.m. hour of *Today*. Let Natalie Morales and new hire Billy Bush run that sucker into the ground.
