That necklace is by Messika, and is evidently called the Miss Hepburn. She of course looks flawless in it.

That necklace is by Cartier, and apparently uses diamonds and emeralds. I can't see the emeralds just yet, but I will have a really, really good time looking for them.

All of the really interesting Loubs are the ones that cost four figures (not that their take on three figures isn't scary enough). Sigh.

More Loubs. More drooling from me.

Should I just call them Droolboutins?

I THINK these are Oliver Peoples The Row? Regardless, they're great.

I would totally carry that. Complete impracticality aside, it is SO CUTE.

Her Tiffany cuffs were basically the thing I liked about this outfit.

No offense to Tara's lid, but this one is ALL about The Weir.

This one is tough. Those shoes are the bane of my existence, but her wicker Ferragamo purse is deliciously Young Sophia Petrillo.

These look like stunning ruby safety pins strung all in a row.

This started out being about the purse, but the bracelet is no slouch either, and the earrings can stay.

I love how that looks like a tiara she flipped over into a collar. Maybe she DID. She's clearly whimsical.

Bulgari, naturally. I wish it were more in focus, but at least it's blurry in service of her lovely face being clear. Still: WANT.

And this is clearly Bulgari, as it looks so much like the one Naomi Watts often wears (which she personally owns -- a detail I love).

Julia looked great at this premiere -- FINALLY -- and the Chopard emerald was the crowning piece.

Maybe I just like these because the rest of the outfit was ROTTEN MANGY BANANAS.

Speaking of bananas, I am glad to get a peek of Kate's Banana Republic skirt in here, but I'm giving the spotlight to Harry's shoes. The blue soles were an unusual piece of flair for him.

That's by Bulgari, and MAN, does that company know what it's doing with statement necklaces.

Best thing she's worn in ages.

That bag is divine, but so is her makeup, so I cropped the picture to feature both.

These are Giuseppe Zanotti, and yes, Kristen Stewart's feet had an exceptionally diverse Cannes (for her).

Love.

Those Boucheron earrings look like extremely ornate daggers.

Gorgeous, if also potentially a little pokey in the collarbone.

Dramatic.

Those are Chopard and I wish you could see them better. They're SUPER lovely. I thought this whole look was a sleek win for her.

Quite the statement piece by Lorraine Schwartz. It's nice when Klum lets the bling do the talking, for a change.

She's decked out in Bulgari, and it's ALL working.

While wearing stuff like this, do you ever STOP thinking, "OMG I AM WEARING ALL OF THE GORGEOUS"?

Her cuddly purse made me smile.

You can't ask for better Met Gala drama than a MASK.

Well, okay, this might be better Met Gala drama.

SEVERAL people wore these LV shoes -- I believe Karlie did, and then Lea Seydoux had them in silver. But Caitriona wore them first, that I saw, so she gets all the points.

Admittedly not a piece of jewelry I covet, but I will never, ever forget it.

Earrings and bag: both fab.

Her headpiece is Dolce & Gabbana, and while the entire look was SO VERY MUCH, it was a) the Met Gala, and b) weirdly also perfect on her.

The earrings are winners, but what charmed me most was the purse's antique-feeling shape and pattern.

All her jewels are Fred Leighton. She has gotten so very, very adept at this.

This made me smile.

I assume that is a tribute to The Mighty Molecule. (I mean that as a compliment.)

It's fun to see someone commit so wholly to a brooch (it's Cartier). We don't get a lot of that.

Those are some smashing Lorraine Schwartz baubles.

Welcome to the party, Piaget. Stay awhile.

Gucci did the earrings, presumably to go with the dress. No word on whether they signed off on the eyebrows.

Those are basically giant Chopard Cheerios, and I love them.

I do not have a credit on these, which is a shame. Perhaps they were the work of the gods.

Her earrings are by Tiffany. Her hair is by a divine spirit.
