I like the choice of a dangly earring. (I also chose this photo because you can see her flower girls in the back. As is traditional for all royal wedding attendants under the age of 15, they looked bored out of their skulls.) Tiara-wise, I THINK this is Queen Elisabeth's Diamond Bandeau, which makes sense given that her name is ALSO Elisabet(ta). I always like a tiara that's not TOO terribly pointy with a dress that doesn't have a ton of meringue involved.
I do like a sweeping train AND a sweeping veil AND a three-quarter-length sleeve.
Kissing! Also, a better look at her veil. The bouquet reminds me of Kate's, a bit -- certainly in terms of scale and color-scheme.
There were hardly any representatives from other royals, that I saw -- although it's possible some were there and Getty Images just called them "guest," and I have not entirely gotten to the point where I can recognize the third son of the second son of the pretender to the throne of Parma or whatever. I am working on it. Anyway, Bea was in the house -- I don't know if she was there in an Official Capacity or if she and Prince Amedeo are old friends OR OLD ENEMIES or what. But I do know that this dress is mediocre on her at best.
Bless Mathilde for wearing a cape-dress, but I HATE THAT HAT. She looks like she suffered a head wound in the trenches of WWI and a fellow solider used one of his moldy socks to patch her up until the medics could save them.
The groom's grandparents. She looks sharp and a bit retro. They met at a party celebrating the coronation of Pope John XXIII. HAVEN'T WE ALL. Like the former Juan Carlos of Spain, since Albert abdicated and lost legal immunity, he's gotten embroiled in a wee paternity scandal. HAVEN'T WE ALL.
She was considered one of the great beauties of her day, and she certainly was glamorous. Apparently, they BOTH allegedly had a bunch of affairs. HAVEN'T. WE. ALL.
The groom's parents certainly look happy. But I want to know more -- nay, everything -- about the woman in the giant blue hat behind them. SHE has a diverting Wikipedia page, you just know it.
