Julia Fox wore this to a Betsey Johnson party. I always think of Betsey as being girly-punk -- bright and loud and indulgent and maybe ruffled, probably neon, definitely eternal girlhood. THIS looks more like a depressed Victorian ghost who is in eternal purgatory and stole some fabric samples.
