# Fug or Hmm: Kate Bosworth in Dior

Kate Bosworth has been hitting the scene pretty hard lately, and in some pretty ornate stuff.

For instance, I can't name the last five movies she was in, but I remember [her Oscars dress](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/oscars-mostly-well-played-kate-bosworth-in-ralph-russo-03-2016/), [the Schiaparelli vest and slacks](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/haute-couture-week-fugs-and-fabs-celebs-at-dior-and-schiaparelli-01-2016/), [this terrible Erdem](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/british-fashion-awards-wtf-kate-bosworth-in-erdem-11-2015/), some [Peter Pilotto](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/recent-fugs-kate-bosworth-in-peter-pilotto-and-giambattista-valli-11-2015/) with a Giambattista Valli chaser, [that "astronaut fashionier" thing](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-crush-kate-bosworth-in-no-21-at-sxsw-03-2016/)... and now this, which is both elegantly interesting and also a screamingly jazzy straitjacket. Without a significant project to promote, as far as I can tell, I wonder if there's an attempt afoot to rebrand her as a clotheshorse, in the hope that the rising tide there will float her other boats. Bless her for keeping it interesting, even though I am concerned that is designed to keep her from being able to raise her arms.
