Apparently [the inspiration for this collection](https://www.vogue.com/fashion-shows/fall-2021-ready-to-wear/erdem?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) was that in-between phase in a ballerina's day where she's going from streetwear to the stage, or back again -- and beyond that, it seems it was informed by his experiences doing costumes for the ballet. I don't know if I quite saw all of that in here, but the photos at least are a dramatic buffet of light and shadow, and there are some nice patterns and a LOT less Human Throwpillow stuff.
