Shay Mitchell is one of the most beautiful humans out there. I would love to spend a day walking around knowing I looked like her. So I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out why she'd show up at this thing dressed as one of those times when Kylie Jenner goes blonde: wet-look hair, micro-dress, plastic shoes, general air of misplaced self-seriousness. I hope that's a wig she can pop off at the end of the night and then shoot out of a cannon into space.
