These two are VERY match-y at this event, right down to the color of their shoes. I like to imagine they came out of their respective dressing rooms (they totally have their own dressing rooms, which obviously face each other for makeover montage purposes) and just sort of stared at each other, and then shrugged, and headed downstairs.

No better way to roll into family game night than in these.

In which Ye Olde Trusty J Brand jeans make an appearance*. Don't worry, she popped her wedges on for the trophy presentation. Despite rumors from the Daily Mail (I Know) that they'd been banned, THEY'RE BACK, to complete the Official Nautical Outfit. Just not in the rain. (Wisely. Those suckers are suede.)
*Also, I'm a liar. According to our friends at What Would Kate Do?, the jeans are Zara. I don't even know what's real anymore.

I just want to sing a song of praise that Wills is wearing normal, attractive, dark wash jeans. To whom do I address my engraved note of thanks? IT SHALL BE EFFUSIVE.

I am pretty sure that, if I were to be watching a yacht worth a kajillion dollars being removed by crane, I would have the exact same expression on my face as Kate does. Sadly, my ponytail would be far less jaunty.

For whatever reason, whenever there is a photo of William clapping, it looks like a sarcastic slow-clap to me. "Yes, yes, congrats. ENJOY this medal. NOTHING EVEN HAPPENED TODAY! How can you get a medal if there is no race? BUT CONGRATS."

Informative Caption weighs in: Wills & Kate "pose with Sir Ben Ainslie, skipper of Britain's Land Rover-backed BAR team, after presenting him [with, I assume, the afore-pictured medal!] at the close of the British leg of the America's Cup World Series."
Kate could not look more nautical if she were wearing a captain's hat, and I really REALLY wish she were. Next time.
