Here's one of your piano pictures! Informative Caption tells me that this portion of the festivities was "organised by the Norwegian Ski Federation, where [Wills and Kate] saw a group of local nursery children taking part in an afternoon ski school session on the slopes." They are very rosy cheeked and adorable. The kids are also sweet.

At some point, they all roasted hot dogs over a fire, and I like to think that this child here is giving Kate all his best tail-gating recipes.

I'm very sad they didn't force Wills to try the ski jump. He's a good skiier! He'd be FINE! How hard could it be?!?!? (For those of you in the market for a snazzy ski jacket, btw, Kate's is by a brand called Kjus, and there are plenty of them left for sale and I type this, perhaps because the market for a $900 ski jacket is a small one? (I literally have no idea how much a ski jacket costs. This is why I could never be the mayor of a quiet mountain town with a bustling ski-related economy; someone would ask me in a debate how much cute ski gear costs and I'd be like, "$250? $1500? I don't know. But what I DO KNOW is that our fondue taxes are too high!")

Crown Princess Mette-Marit

Mette-Marit looks like she does this all the time, which she probably does.

Skam is a drama series highlighting teenagers and the challenges young people can experience growing up, such as identity issues, bullying, relationships, sexual assault, and eating disorders. Following on from the theme lines of the show, the characters started their own social media profiles to engage with the audience watching directly, creating an international following and fan base. At the school, Their Royal Highnesses will meet the stars and producers of Skam to hear more about the series, and will then meet students to learn about the effect Skam had on bringing these issues out into the open, and the role played by social media.

This was earlier in the day, and Informative Caption was SO Informative: This is "Hartvig Nissen School, which was the location for the hugely successful Norwegian television programme 'Skam'. I did not expect ANY of that. Is this on Netflix?
