When you've got to stand X feet away from a person, it IS convenient to have a ton of gilt and silk furniture to stick in front of them. It was reported that no hands were shook here. Also, William looks approximately eight feet tall in this photo.

Kate looks fine! This is a VERY Kate outfit! (I am glad that her Standard Neutral Shoe is now these suede ones, as I like them better than the beige patent ones she wore for so long.) Also, good show from that giant fern. It's so voluminous and lush! I'm pretty sure it's fake, but we've all got secrets.
