Kate and Victoria

These four REALLY seem to be getting along. Victoria has always seemed friendly (which I'm sure she is, or is good at faking due to her FACE BLINDNESS, which would be frustrating for anyone but is definitely a stumbling block for her job), but I think Kate is fairly shy, and they really do just seem sort of delighted by each other.

Wills and Kate and Daniel and Victoria

"Oh my god, I didn't know YOU guys were going to be here!!"  Informative Caption tells us that "Their Royal Highnesses, accompanied by Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, will join children who have taken part in the YAM programme during one of their mental health activity sessions, and will speak to the mentors who run the training." That all seems very on brand.

These past couple of days have also shown a VERY animated Prince Daniel. I feel like here, he's saying, "okay, can we talk about what happened at dinner last night? I'm sitting by Alicia Vikander, and she turns to me and tells me that Fassbender...is coming out with a line of branded turtlenecks. CAN YOU EVEN. I want five."

Speaking of outfits, everyone here is deliciously mismatched. I LOVE Kate's coat (and enjoy this Town & Country piece about how it feels like a shout-out to Diana); Wills looks like himself; Daniel looks extremely nice; and Victoria is...a bit 80s for my taste, and clashes horribly with Kate. (Victoria is wearing an Acne coat and a suit from Rodebjer, both brands I predicted for Kate, but, obviously make great sense for the actual Swede in this equation. Thanks to HeavenLM on Twitter for that ID!)

NO ONE is ready for this photo to be snapped. (The woman who is removing lint from Daniel is Anna Starbrink, who is [if my Google Translate is working] a councilperson for Stockholm.)

Kate in McQueen

Kate's oxblood shoes and bag make MUCH more sense without her coat, which I love, but which feels a little off with those accessories. This dress is real pretty. (It is McQueen, her old standby.)

Kate and Daniel, Vic and Wills

"They keep saying I was her personal trainer. I OWNED THE GYM," Daniel is saying. Kate understands. Meanwhile, Wills and Victoria are discussing how heavy is the head that wears the crown and how Crown Prince Frederik ate all the scones at the last Meeting of the Heirs, and how Prince Charles hasn't stopped complaining about it since. "He's driving me bonkers," Wills says.

"I mean, right?"

I just want to know what's happing out of frame there! HAS SOMEONE ELSE STOLEN SOME SCONES?

Kate in Catherine Walker

Here, they're all popping into "the UK design, fashion and brands exhibition in the NK Department Store" to "open an interactive exhibition of UK design, fashion and brands that operate in Sweden." That sounds fun

Wills at NK

William loves lamp.

"I am a Great British design!"

Ooooh, this coat!
