JAZZ HANDS. With all the Brat Pack discourse lately, this has a sort of 80s Brat Pack feel to me. Not the outfit so much as just the fact that you could imagine Judd Nelson and Emiliio Estevez and Ally Sheedy and Rob Lowe all near by in the same clothes and sunnies, and maybe some hats.
One thing that will strike you here is the RANGE OF MOODS, which, though a lot sometimes, is also delightful because so many shoots are exclusively glum.

I do not know what is going on with her haircut right now. In some shots it looks fine and in some it looks like she did it herself with hedge clippers.

Winona is not someone who leans hard into fashion and glamour -- she mentions in the story that she won't wear heels on the red carpet -- and I like that this photo walks that line. She's going along with it and having fun but also freely looks like this is not something that comes super naturally to her.
