I and some other moms were JUST having discussions about the socks kids are wearing these days, because we're all getting different instructions. THIS situation reminds me SO MUCH of 8th and 9th grade.
A'ja Wilson

A'ja is on Team USA, and put up 22 points. Her outfit looks like a rolled-up pickleball net that is NEVER getting untangled.
Caitlin Clark

I don't know enough about her to say what her personal style might be, but almost every time I see a picture, I think that whoever is styling her is doing a weird job. This is better. I don't know what's still bugging me about it, but it might be something about the handbag and how it feels like something they hung on her and not that she'd actually want.
Jonquel Jones

I like the kicks the best. That's too much taupe logo for me.

It was SO HOT in Phoenix this past weekend. I cannot fathom how she draped herself in that much leather.
Brittney Griner

Brittney and her wife just had a son! This is so thrilling and a genuinely moving chapter in a story that's been so full of trauma.
Hailey Van Lith

Hailey is still in college, so I'm guessing she's there for... networking? Probably a lot of people were and I just don't have shots of them. This outfit is a scrolldown for me, and I am once again distracted by the "BETTER SHOW OFF THAT PURSE IN YOUR PHOTOS" stance.
Stefanie Doloson

I also like this one, although the dress is a miss for me. So many holey bits.

The blue tights and black boots are perplexing, but the skirt looks like she poked her legs through a satchel.

That bra seems too boring. Honestly, I might've tried to find a way not to wear one with this.

These photos are a mix of Welcome Event and the pre-game arrivals, by the way. This outfit looks like someone spilled coffee on an old document.

Referencing the other slide with her on it... this is also maybe better? I do kinda wish that she'd had a season or two to muddle through style on her own, because it DEFINITELY still feels prescribed.
Kelsey Mitchell

Dearica is so much fun to watch. I got to see her kick ass at a Sparks game recently and she is a warrior. I like the hit of orange on her sneakers.

I thought she looks six miles high in the other pic here, of her in the floral dress. Now she looks eight miles long.
