## Joey King in Versace

Joey here left off the matching floral tights from the model's look, and that was the right choice. She looks striking and also really cute.

## Machine Gun Kelly

If you do one thing in your life, let it be... NOT watching The Dirt, the movie Netflix made of the Motley Crue book, which stars MGK here as... Tommy Lee, I think? I couldn't finish it. Anyway, here he is in a zingy flight suit.

But I might prefer it to the skintight turtleneck he wore to accept his award? The necklace LOOKS like it's a body piercing turned upside down and hung from a string of pearls. If it's a horseshoe, I want to warn him that the luck runs out when you drape it that way.

## Maluma

I would have sought different shoes, my man. Maybe silver ones.

## CNCO: Joel Pimentel, Zabdiel De Jesus, Richard Camacho, Erick Brian Colon and Christopher Velez

These guys sounded good, if I remember correctly, but you will laugh when you hear that I had to look up the name of the band, before realizing it's written allll over them. (BTS also sang but we didn't have pics of that, for some reason.)

## BTS

So I snapped this off the TV for you. They've very cute! All this floppy hair takes me back to my youth.

## Doja Cat

This feels like her costumer channeled both Bebe Rexha (historically) and Taylor Swift.

## apl.de.ap, will.i.am, J. Rey Soul, and Taboo of Black Eyed Peas

Somewhere, Fergie Ferg is thinking, "Thank GOD I pulled the ripcord on this thing."

## Tyga

Tyga joined them on-stage, which... sure, okay. The piped-in fake crowd noise really helped, because do people actually cheer that loudly for Tyga otherwise?

## Jabbawockeez

All of Twitter was like, "The masks! THIS IS THEIR TIME!"

## The Weeknd

[There is a reason The Weeknd's face looks like this](https://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity/a33843884/the-weeknd-face-vmas/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (He's fine. It's makeup.)

## Jaden Smith

I for real love this jacket.

## Travis Barker

And then Travis Barker showed up.
