Sometimes when I say this, I am being sarcastic, or intentionally obtuse.

But this time I SERIOUSLY NEED someone to explain to me what this is. Is the collar attached to the jumpsuit, and she chose to shimmy the blazer underneath it? Is the collar *ATTACHED* to the blazer, and hook at the back like a necklace? Is it just a free-floating collar that she pops on, as the whim may take her? WHAT IS THIS?
