Can someone *please* explain to me what kind of business meeting requires a pink lamé ruffled bandeau top, a car wash skirt, a coat with no sleeves, and open-toed sandals, in New York, in March? Even the crackpot fictional meetings you see in *Vogue* \-- you know, the ones they suggest you wear a $3500 jumpsuit to, but in navy, for *professionalism* \-- wouldn't push it this far.
