Yara's new podcast is called[ The Optimist Project,](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-optimist-project-with-yara-shahidi/id1772389434?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and it's about what it sounds like -- talking with people about optimism and hope in their lives and careers. Her first guest is Janelle Monae. I haven't listened to it, but it sounds like it has good vibes. As do most of these looks!
