Rochas has a new designer, a 24-year old man who seems to have been greeted as a couture wunderkind, and he debuted with the MOST enormous ruffles -- including some on boots. I cannot imagine walking in them without tripping myself in the most vicious manner. Do you think any celebs will have the guts? My money is on Heidi Klum.
