This chat is always a fun one, if bad for my wallet. I'm trying VERY hard not to buy any more books, because I have a bunch to read on my bedside table right now. [I just finished Emma Straub's book](https://amzn.to/2dL1ZXx?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) *Modern Lovers* \-- which I thought was great; I really, really enjoyed it, and recommend it -- and need a new one. (I think I'm going to read *The Nest* next; I am really catching up on my summer reading. I know it's October. Leave me alone!)

What book are you reading, *right now?*
